New & Easy Way To Donate To
Paws & Claws
Listen to KLIR each weekday at 10:40AM for our daily program called "There's No Place Like Home". We give information about animals that have been found and brought to Paws & Claws, as well as informing about animals that are still missing in hopes of reuniting them with their families.
We also discuss topics of interest for pet owners, give information about our currently available pets and upcoming events.
You can also check out the Lost and Found page here on our website. There are pictures (when available) of both the animals that are found and now at Paws and Claws and listings of animals that have been lost.
If you recognize any of these animals or know who they may belong to, please contact us so we can get them reunited with their families.

See our Events page for more information.
We have now finished our 7th year of helping the homeless animals in Columbus and the surrounding area. During that time we have averaged reuniting or finding new homes for 545 animals each year.
As more and more of the pet loving people in our area recognize the important need we are fulfilling, our services become more demanding in that more people reach to us for help with their pets.
Please help us to continue to be able to provide the needs of these animals who can not speak for themselves by clicking on the button to the left and "Donating". Every little bit helps!
This is Sophie that we adopted into our home on Aug 21, 2013. She came to Paws and Claws as an extremely emaciated dog weighing only 45 pounds. With love and care she blossomed into an 85 pound, happy-go-lucky family member who traveled daily with Jim.
Unfortunately we had to put Sophie down today (2/18/15) because of incurable, kidney failure. She will be missed. Please Rest In Peace Sophie. We love you!
